Helped Shape the ADA
Before the initial ADA regulations were established, Jim published a white paper based on his experience working with Q’STRAINT in the industry- specific wheelchair securement industry. The information was used by the ADA to help shape and formulate some of its passenger restraint regulations.
Jim is currently responsible for promoting a host of industry- leading wheelchair securement solutions, managing a team of highly professional North American regional sales managers and new geographical markets.
Jim continues to enthusiastically spearhead the growth and development of the sales department. He operates with a business philosophy that centers on the premise that the customer’s satisfaction is always the company’s highest priority.
Jim has always put his company first and has been coined with the term “Stay Humble” which he uses often when addressing the entire Q’STRAINT team. It seems like yesterday when Jim stepped in as the very first Q’STRAINT employee in 1985. Congratulations and may you continue to succeed throughout your career.
