1. Your rights

At Q’STRAINT, we process the following types of personal data:

Contact and identification data – name, date of birth, e-mail address, country, phone number, age, employer, job title, industry, general geographic location (N. America / Rest of World)

Device information – device ID, IP address (anonymized), Mobile ID, bowser type, computer information, referring URL, Q’STRAINT website browsing history, standard website usage behavioral data

Vehicle information – vehicle VIN, make, model year, type, date of purchase

All of our data is received directly from the data subject.

6. Surveys

In addition to the personal information collection and use outlined above, from time to time, our websites will request information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary, and you may choose whether to participate and, therefore, whether to disclosure this information, which may include contact information (such as name and address) and demographic information (such as zip code). The contact information collected for the contest will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Contact and other information collected in connection with surveys will be used to monitor and improve the use of and satisfaction with the websites.

9. No Use by Children

13. Notice of Privacy Rights to California Consumers
