5. Sources of Personal Data

All of our data is received directly from the data subject.

6. Surveys

In addition to the personal information collection and use outlined above, from time to time, our websites will request information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary, and you may choose whether to participate and, therefore, whether to disclosure this information, which may include contact information (such as name and address) and demographic information (such as zip code). The contact information collected for the contest will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Contact and other information collected in connection with surveys will be used to monitor and improve the use of and satisfaction with the websites.

9. No Use by Children

Q’STRAINT’s websites are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. Your personal data may be transferred to Q’STRAINT’s affiliates located outside the EU/EEA, including in countries such as the United States of America and the United Kingdom. 13. Notice of Privacy Rights to California Consumers

All content, images, audio and videos downloaded or viewed from this website are protected by copyright. Permission to use this multimedia is granted for individual use only. Any other use is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Q’STRAINT. Images should not be cropped. Audio/video should not be edited. For downloaded files, Q’STRAINT accepts no liability for any damages caused by any viruses that may be transmitted.
