This announcement comes after years of research and development and successful field tests. Quantum, the first in its kind, allows wheelchair and scooter passengers to self-secure. The self-securement process takes less than 25 seconds, and does not require the driver to leave his or her seat to help.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe time savings alone is a huge benefit.
