Ansonsten gilt f\u00fcr alle Produkte eine 1-Jahres-Garantie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jede Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Datum, an dem die Produkte von Q&#8217;STRAINT geliefert werden, und gilt nur f\u00fcr M\u00e4ngel, die zum ersten Mal auftreten und Q&#8217;STRAINT innerhalb der geltenden Garantiezeit gemeldet werden. DIESE EINGESCHR\u00c4NKTE GARANTIE GILT NICHT F\u00dcR:<\/h4>\n<ol style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\n<li>Produkte, die nicht gem\u00e4\u00df den Anweisungen von Q&#8217;STRAINT installiert und gewartet wurden.<\/li>\n<li>Produkte, die durch Missbrauch, falschen Gebrauch, Unfall, Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit oder durchWitterungseinfl\u00fcsse oder Chemikalien Schaden genommen haben.<\/li>\n<li>Produkte, die nicht von einem von Q&#8217;STRAINT autorisierten Reparaturdienst ver\u00e4ndert oder repariert wurden.<\/li>\n<li>Normale Abnutzung und Verschlei\u00df. Abgedeckt sind au\u00dferdem keine Routinewartungen.<\/li>\n<li>Produkte, die nicht in den von Q&#8217;STRAINT zugelassenen Anwendungen oder in unzul\u00e4ssiger Weise verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>ALLE GESETZLICHEN ODER STILLSCHWEIGENDEN GEW\u00c4HRLEISTUNGEN (EINSCHLIESSLICH JEGLICHER GEW\u00c4HRLEISTUNG DER HANDELS\u00dcBLICHKEIT ODER DER EIGNUNG F\u00dcR EINEN BESTIMMTEN ZWECK), BEDINGUNGEN UND GARANTIEN SIND AUSGESCHLOSSEN UND WERDEN IN VOLLEM GESETZLICH ZUL\u00c4SSIGEN UMFANG AUSGESCHLOSSEN.Wenn implizite Garantien, Bedingungen oder Garantien nach geltendem Recht erforderlich sind, sind sie auf die gesetzlich zul\u00e4ssige Mindestdauer beschr\u00e4nkt (nicht l\u00e4nger als die Dauer der geltenden ausdr\u00fccklichen eingeschr\u00e4nkten Garantie). Q&#8217;STRAINT \u00fcbernimmt keine Verantwortung oder Haftung f\u00fcr Neben- oder Folgesch\u00e4den, wie z. B. Nutzungsausfall, Zins- oder Finanzierungskosten, Kosten f\u00fcr Reparaturen durch nicht autorisierte Reparaturdienste, Wertminderungen usw., die ausdr\u00fccklich von dieser Garantie ausgeschlossen sind und abgelehnt werden. F\u00fcr Kunden in den USA: In einigen Staaten ist der Ausschluss oder die Begrenzung von Neben- oder Folgesch\u00e4den nicht zul\u00e4ssig.
