Dear Sirs,
I am writing this letter to commend your
company on the fine quality of your Q'Straint products. During the last two
years, we have been using Q'Straints in our district buses that transport our
handicapped children. We have been happy with the quality, but an incident in
January of this year reaffirmed our faith in your product.
On January 30, 1996, we had received several inches of snow
during the night and the roads were extremely slippery. As our bus, driven by
Mrs. Mary Lou Brandon, was taking the handicapped children to school, an
oncoming car spun out of control and came toward the bus head-on in Mrs.
Brandon's lane. Mrs. Brandon swerved to miss the car, and as she did, the bus
hit the shoulder of the road and slammed into a tree three feet in diameter at
about 25-30 miles per hour.
As she and her technician ran back to check
the children, they were very delighted to see that the Q'Straints had held every
child in place with NO injuries. As you will see from Mrs. Brandon's following
letter, she feels it is the best system she has used in the eighteen years she
has been driving bus.
