Dear Jim,
In an
effort to improve and promote a safe quick securement environment for our riders
who utilize wheelchairs and scooters, we recently purchased the Q'Straint
retractable securement system for our fleet of Fixed-Route and Paratransit
vehicles. The QRT system satisfied our concerned of proper securement, and
allows our drivers to maintain their route time. I believe there is not a better
system available on the market today. I can assure you we will be including the
QRT System in all our future vehicle purchases. I would like to personally thank
you for your input and time you spent with us to identify our
needs.
