Q'Straint lap belt assemblies are static pull tested with every shipment.
The lap belts are pull tested in a loop with both female pin connectors of the lap belt attacked to the moving head of the test machine and webbing forming a loop at the base of the machine.

Results from recent production are presented below with a typical graph of load versus time.
