Contacting
other properties to find out their
experiences with various restraint
systems.
A telephone survey was developed and
a variety of properties were
contacted ranging in size from 18
vehicles to 240. Each contact was
asked the same questions, which
included types of tie-downs,
stability of securement device,
length of time to secure a
passenger, ability to secure a wide
variety of wheelchair types, and
their recommendation on a selection
of a restraint system. Most
properties are satisfied with their
current system. The particular
restraint system that was chosen by
most properties was Q'Straint
system. |
