F.M.V.S.S./C.M.V.S.S. Test Report

Introduction
A Kinolimo and a Q'Straint system
were tested in accordance with CSA D409 Standard, subsections
(7.2.1) and (7.3.3) of the Canadian Standard Association.
Testing was performed at Transport Canada Motor Vehicle Test
Centre Blainville, from November 19th to 26th, by TRACK TEST
Inc.
The purpose of CSA D409 is to ensure that:
1) Every wheelchair position is provided with a securement device
that conforms to the strength requirement specified in CMVSS
207. For the purposes of this test, the wheelchair weight shall
be taken as 100 lb (45 kg). Where the Q'Straint wheelchair securement
device and the Q'Straint occupant restraint are combined restraining
force must have a combined strength according to the strength
requirements specified in CMVSS 207.
2) The anchorages for the occupant restraint system complies
with the strength requirements in CMVSS 210. |

Summary of CSA D409 Test Results
This report indicates the results
of testing conducted in order to verify compliance with subsections
(7.2.1) and (7.3.3) of CSA D409 standard of the vehicle specified
below.
